In this class, we’ll address a variety of repairs, from split seams to torn edges. Learn how to reinforce weak areas using patches in both traditional and contemporary styles. Discover the versatility of stitches like the fishbone stitch and arrowhead tack.

Our tutor, Becky Davies-Downes, brings a contemporary twist to essential skills inspired by the Make Do and Mend Movement. She specializes in 1940s fashion and updates traditional techniques for modern fabrics and designs.
