Textile designer Tabitha Connolly’s little felt monsters are irresistible (and, we admit, possibly a bit weird) but guaranteed to get the whole family crafting together.
Join us for a Saturday afternoon of up-cycled, stitching pleasure for creatives young and old, with or without any previous sewing experience.
Suitable for ages 9 to 90 (and beyond). Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible, participating adult.
The materials we provide may include scissors, sharp needles, pins and other small items, such as buttons, that could be a choking hazard if swallowed. The adult/s in each party is/are responsible for the well-being of the child or children (under 18s) in their care.
Felt and recycled scraps are provided but if you have any of your own materials to up-cycle, you are more than welcome to bring them along.
We provide water, fresh orange and apple juice for the children and there are teas and coffees available for the adults. If you or anyone in your party has food allergies or special dietary requirements, you are welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks but must not share these beyond your own group.
Each young adult and adult will receive a 10% off voucher to spend in our online shop after the class.
Access notice: there are two steps up into our building at 3 Church Street, Ilkley LS29 9DR. We sincerely apologise if this prevents anyone from attending our workshops.
